State Rep. Jim Townsend explains his amendments to Senate Bill 806, which makes changes to Michigan’s unemployment insurance system

In this clip from House session on Dec. 14, 2011, Rep. Townsend (D-Royal Oak) explains his amendments to SB 806 to allow an unemployed person to challenge the garnishment of their wages by the unemployment system, and to reduce the percentage of income that can be garnished.
